Discussion of WP1
Key Earth Science Applications for Gridification
26th of July at the KO mitting was shown presentation of WP1 "Key Earth Science Applications for Gridification"
The main objectives are:
- Review the key components of ES applications in order to generalize
the requirements
- Collect the key requirements from the ES community
- Specification of the different families of applications within ES
- Selection of applications from each of the families to go into a
production and operational status on the Grid
- Communicate the requirements to the Grid community, in cooperation
with WP4 and WP5
